Log In Instructions
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
You must have a financial aid record established at the University of Saint Joseph and a numerical student ID in order to use this system.
New students must be accepted to USJ and have a student ID number. This number can be found on the mailed award letter.
If you have never used the online system you must create a password. Click on "First Time User" under the Submit button and follow the instructions for creating your password.
If you have previously created an account and have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link under the Submit button. You will be asked to answer 1 or 2 security questions to verify your identify and then you may create a new password.
Passwords must:
- Be at least 9 characters long
- Contain at least one lowercase and one uppercase letter
- Contain at least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
- Contain at least one number (0-9)
If you have been locked out, please email financialaid@usj.edu and we will unlock your account and reset your password.
If you have not started the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online. Enter our school code, 001409, and we will automatically receive a copy.
